Making sure your details are safe and secure.

Keeping your payment details secure
You'll want your payment details to be safe and secure. We do too.

That's why we use the latest technology to keep your details protected. It's called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It works by encrypting any information you send us (like your credit/debit card details) and making them unreadable by other people. In other words, nobody else can read them, except us. Clever, eh?

Most people's computers work with SSL technology, and we'll only accept orders if they're made using SSL technology. If you're using an internet browser like Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and up), Netscape Navigator (Version 3.02 and up), or Mozilla Firefox, chances are you'll be set up to use it. But if the SSL option has been disabled, take a look at the Preferences and Security option in your browser's menu - or take a look at your browser's help guide to find out how to enable it.
How do you know you're secure?
Simple - keep an eye out for a locked padlock icon, or a picture of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. If it's there, you're secure. It should appear on any page where you're entering personal information.
Looking after your card details
When you pay for your order, or if we give you a refund, we'll need to use your full debit/credit card number. But that's the only place we use the full number.

If we write confirmation of your card details - like on your receipt, for example - we'll only ever print the first 4 or last 4 digits. That way, you'll know which card you used. But if someone else got hold of the details, they won't be able to use your card.

And if you ever need to speak to our team, we'll never ask for your full card number.

So relax - you're safe!
